On Peeing and Pooing and Darwin's Theory

A thought occurred to me earlier today while I was in the bathroom. If Darwin's theory on evolution were right, shouldn't our bodies be 100% efficient by now? Meaning we don't have to pee or poo anymore. Everything we eat should be 100% converted into nutrients for our system. Shouldn't that be the case? Just wondering.
